A delicious twist on sweet potato chili!

Ingredients
2 sweet potatoes peeled and chopped into cubes 1 can of rinsed black beans 1/4 -1/2 cup of jalapenos
1-2 green bell peppers 2 16oz cans of crushed tomatoes
1 16oz can of tomato puree 1 can of pumpkin puree 1 1/2 tbsp of pumpkin spice 2 tbsp of chili powder 1 onion chopped 2-3 cloves of garlic 1 tsp of cumin 1 cup of water 1/4 cup of fresh oregano 1/2 cup chopped pecans- optional garnish 1/2 cup sour cream - optional garnish Yields: 4 servings

Directions
Chop onion, jalapeño, peppers, garlic and peeled sweet potatoes and place in crock pot
Add spices, tomatoes, pumpkin puree, black beans into crock pot and stir
Cook on low for 3-4 hours of until potatoes are tender.
Ladles into bowls and garnish with sour cream and pecans
